Service Area: Alabama, Mississippi, Tennessee (Chattanooga to Memphis) on a regular basis. We travel anywhere in the United States upon request to perform inspections or training programs.

Services:

Inspection Services: inspection techniques/procedures, research, and data analysis skills to resolve Manufacturing, Installation, Maintenance and/or End User Related Flooring Concerns

Forensic Investigations and Fraudulent Claims Review for active and subrogation cases. Support is provided in preparing cases for court and expert witness services are provided as necessary, as well as NFSI B101.0 Walkway Surface Auditing Procedure for the Measurement of Walkway Slip Resistance, and Tribometry Testing.

Jobsite inspections are performed providing moisture testing and physical evaluations of concrete slabs, lightweight concrete, wood subflooring systems, and crawlspace evaluations prior to and/or post installation.

Clientele: Manufactures, Distributors, Retailers, Installers, General Contractors, Insurance Companies, and Water Restoration Companies

Experience: With over 45 years of distinguished service in the flooring industry as an Installer, Retailer, Inspector, Instructor, and Expert Witness gives us a strong background and knowledge base in analyzing and resolving flooring problems related to the manufacturing process, installation, maintenance, and/or safety related concerns.
