Technical and Training Manager for Bruce Hardwood Floors for 1 1/2 years, Training and Technical Service Manager for Columbia Flooring for 10 years, Technical Service and Training Manager plus overseeing claims and trading for inspections and grading at factory's in Brazil for Scandian Hardwood, and approximately 5 years as Training and Technical Manager for Swift Train Distribution.

Attended manufacturer training schools at Mannington, Harris Tarkett, Bruce Hardwood, and Hartco Hardwood Flooring. Attended the National Wood Flooring Association and NOFMA Schools. Attended and achieved Certifications at the NWFA and IFCII schools. Attended the NWFA training schools as a volunteer monitor and instructor. Served on the NWFA Board of Directors and served on the NWFA CP Board of Directors for 5 years. Published in Floor Covering magazine and chaired a committee for writing standards used in the NWFA Installation Guidelines Manuel. NWFA Certified Inspector, Commercial Inspector, Installer, Sand and Finisher and Sales Associate and IFCII Certified Inspector for Hardwood Flooring, Laminate Flooring, and Vinyl Flooring products.

Recognized as a Court Expert Witness in Flooring cases in Florida, Georgia, Alabama, Texas, Oklahoma, Washington and Oregon.
